CSGnet migrating to PCTnet

The Control Systems Group network (CSGnet) began in August 1990, hosted by Gary Cziko at the listerver at U of Illinois.

As of September, 2017, this server is being replaced with an up-to-date forum, now called PCTnet,
that will organize threads and thus serve to help eliminate confusion and duplication of effort.

Forum manager Rupert Young will set up andl administer the forum.
Rupert will also make an effort to migrate the existing sequential CSGnet archived at
http://www.pctresources.com/CSGnet/ to this new forum platform.

This will duplicate of the existing Eudora-based sequential archive, offering readers a thread-based archive.
Both archives will offer search capabilities. As a result, CSGnet, now PCTnet, should be more accesible than ever.
