How to do Psychotherapy
Without Getting in the Way
Here are videos you can
1) watch right away
or 2) download to watch off line.
1) For viewing online — requires a fast Internet connection
Flash files display directly off the web using a Flash player. Delay is minimal.
Note that Internet Explorer 7 often has trouble displaying Flash files. Adobe Flash player version 9 seems designed to fix Microsoft's problem so please download and install it if nothing happens. Flash files display properly in Mozilla Firefox available from www.mozilla.com as well as in Opera, available from www.opera.com.
About the sound level: These files feature the original, recorded sound level. Please note that you have no less than three volume controls, one after the other. All affect the sound level.
a) Volume control in the bottom right corner of the flash player under the picture.
b) The master volume control in the operating system. In Windows XP, go to Start/Programs/Accessories/Entertainment/Volume Control.
c) The volume control knob on your speaker or amplifier.

2) For download and viewing using software on your computer
These files display less picture resolution than the MOL DVD (which has a resolution of 720x480 pixels), but the sound is just as good. This way the file size for the .mpg files is just over one sixth. Windows .wmv files have 15 instead of 30 frames per second and have more visual compression so they are even smaller, but the sound is still excellent.
